How we work with your HVAC contractor

The mechanical equipment is selected and sized by your HVAC contractor and design team. We coordinate early on thermostat locations, sensor placement, wiring, and network connections, then program and test the integration and support it after move-in. On new construction, we prefer to be part of the conversation during design, so keypads, thermostats, and sensors are placed with the interior in mind.

Yes. Filter-change reminders and equipment alerts can go to you, your estate manager, or both, and the home can be checked remotely.
