- Fixture schedules and submittals, with drivers, dimming protocols, color temperature, and color rendering confirmed for each type
- Compatibility checked before ordering, so fixtures, drivers, and dimmers work together without flicker or drop-out
- Mockups and samples at our Experience Center in La Quinta, where your clients can see fixtures and keypads in person
- Keypads and finishes chosen to match your hardware and wall plates
- Aiming, focusing, and scene programming on site with you at the end of the project

Path, bollard, in-ground, and façade lighting scheduled with sunset and tied to security scenes.

Accent lighting for art, stone, and millwork, coordinated with digital art displays and shades.
Lighting control
We design and program Crestron and Lutron lighting control, including Crestron Home and Lutron HomeWorks and RadioRA 3, with keypads engraved for how you live, scenes for every time of day, astronomic schedules, and integration with motorized shades, audio, video, and Josh.ai voice. Color temperature and color quality
Most residential spaces use warm white between about 2700 K and 3000 K, with cooler light reserved for task areas and garages. Dim-to-warm fixtures become warmer as they dim, like incandescent. Tunable-white fixtures can change color temperature through the day. We specify high color-rendering fixtures and keep color temperature consistent across every fixture in a room, so finishes, stone, and art look right.
Replacing older lighting control
LiteTouch, Vantage, Centralite, and older Lutron systems can be replaced, usually reusing existing wiring. See lighting control replacement.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with our lighting designer or architect?
Yes. We work from your lighting designer's plans and fixture schedule, or provide lighting design in-house, and coordinate with the architect, interior designer, builder, and electrician.
Why buy fixtures through the same company that installs the controls?
Because dimming performance depends on the fixture, the driver, and the control working together. When one team specifies, supplies, installs, and programs all three, compatibility problems are caught before installation, and you have one company responsible afterward.
Which fixture lines do you supply?
WAC Lighting and AiSPIRE, Modern Forms, DMF, Visual Comfort, DALS, Elemental LED, Diode LED, and others as specified by your designer.
Which lighting control systems do you install?

Can we see fixtures and controls in person?

Do you keep replacement fixtures?
We recommend and can supply attic stock for each fixture type, so a matching replacement is on hand years later.
