Homes in Palm Springs
Neighborhoods such as the Movie Colony, Old Las Palmas, and Vista Las Palmas are full of post-and-beam and glass-walled homes with little room to hide wiring. Wind at the north end of the city and strong sun everywhere affect outdoor gear. Many homes sit empty for weeks at a time, so cameras, access, and remote alerts matter.
