The Vintage Club, Indian Wells
The Vintage Club sits against the Santa Rosa Mountains in Indian Wells, with two golf courses and some of the largest estates in the valley. Homes here are typically expansive single-level residences with guest casitas, long views, and extensive outdoor living, often owned by families who are in residence for the season and away the rest of the year.
For Vintage Club homes we plan whole-estate Crestron Home control, Lutron lighting and shades tuned to the sun, a UniFi network that reaches every casita and the fairway edge, discreet cameras and gate entry, and remote monitoring and pre-Season checks so the house is ready the day you arrive.
Bighorn Golf Club, Palm Desert
Bighorn Golf Club climbs the hillside above Highway 74 in Palm Desert, with two courses and estates built into the mountain for views across the valley. Hillside construction, stone, and dramatic elevation changes make technology planning more demanding than on flat lots.
For Bighorn estates we design UniFi Wi-Fi and point-to-point links around rock and elevation, hidden speakers and concealed displays that keep the view first, motorized shades for glass walls facing the valley, and equipment racks planned for desert summer heat.
The Madison Club, La Quinta
The Madison Club in La Quinta is among the most private communities in the Coachella Valley, with large custom estates set around a private course against the mountains. Owners expect technology that is invisible, flawless, and supported without fuss.
For Madison Club estates we design dedicated theaters and media rooms, Leon framed TVs and art screens, estate-wide Crestron Home with Josh.ai voice, enterprise-grade UniFi networks with 10G backbones and Wi-Fi 7, and service that works around the household and estate manager.

What club estates have in common
- Discretion: no signage, no names, and crews who follow club work rules, hours, and gate procedures.
- Seasonal residence: remote monitoring, alerts, and a pre-Season system check before you return.
- Estate scale: one control system and one network across the main house, casitas, pool, and gate.
- Design-led technology: invisible speakers, framed TVs, art screens, and keypads chosen with your designer.
- Takeovers: many club homes have Control4, Savant, LiteTouch, or older Lutron systems that need a new owner. See service takeover.
