Every system in an estate depends on the network: lighting and shades, cameras, gates, audio and video, and the calls you take from the casita. Integration Techs designs and installs Ubiquiti UniFi as one platform for networking, video security, and door access, engineered for the whole property and supported remotely by the team that built it.

We are an authorized Ubiquiti integrator and installer, and UniFi is the foundation of every system we deliver, alongside Crestron Home control.

The network

• 10-gigabit backbone. Fiber or copper links between the main rack, guest houses, garages, and equipment closets.
• Multi-gig switching. 2.5G and 10G ports where they matter: Wi-Fi 7 access points, media servers, workstations, and the theater.
• Wi-Fi 7 throughout. Access points placed by survey for full coverage of the house, casitas, pool, courtyards, and outdoor living.
• Segmented and secured. Separate networks for family, guests, staff, smart home devices, and cameras.
• Monitored. We see the network's health remotely, so most issues are handled before you notice them.

UniFi Protect video security

• High-resolution cameras for entries, drive, perimeter, and outdoor living, placed discreetly
• Recording stored on a UniFi NVR in your equipment rack, with no required cloud subscription

How we work

1. Private consultation. We meet at the property, or review plans with your architect or builder.
2. Written design. Drawings, equipment, and a room-by-room scope you can review before anything is ordered.
3. Installation. By our own team, scheduled around your time in residence.
4. Commissioning. Every system is configured, tested, and tuned in-house.
5. Ongoing care. Remote support and service from the team that built it.

Frequently asked questions

Why UniFi instead of the router from the internet provider?

Provider equipment is built for an apartment, not an estate. UniFi lets us design coverage, speed, and security for the whole property and manage it remotely.

Do we need 10-gigabit?

For most estates, a 10-gigabit backbone between racks and outbuildings keeps Wi-Fi 7, cameras, and media from competing for bandwidth. We size it to the property during design.

Can cameras and door entry run on the same system as the network?

Yes. UniFi Protect and UniFi Access run on the same platform and app as the network.

Is there a monthly fee for cameras?

UniFi Protect records locally and doesn't require a cloud subscription to view your cameras.
